Today we had a great pleasure to guest an External Auditor, a representative of the DEKRA Certification Unit, at our office. The Control audit covered all areas of the Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard and with the PN-EN 15038 standard for translation service providers. No discrepancies were established during the audit!
